Recharge, refresh, relax .. ohhhh and get the camera out!

Can I just say.... that 20% of Flamborough Head's breeding sea bird population can be found on the relatively short stretch of coastline of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust reserve. The best place to see puffins on the UK's mainland coast is at YWT's North Landing reserve.

There are two main areas of this unique colony where the puffins can be found along the Yorkshire coast; the RSPB Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head
Look out too for fulmar, kittiwake, guillemots and razorbills. It's a great place for bird and sea-watching during spring and autumn migrations
Stay in our self catering holiday cottage, Rosewood Cottage, Located just 8 minutes walk from the village centre with its bars, eateries and shops, it's the perfect getaway for a family of four or for a couple's break. Rosewood Cottage is a fab retreat to Recharge Your Mind and Body and you can reach Flamborough Bird Observatory, one of only twenty bird observatories located at key migration hotspots in Britain and Ireland, with ease

Share your photos of any of your bird and sea watching whilst in Flamborough. We'd love to see them
